The Brief
We are known for building smart, so this property in Snells beach was built as an investment property. By definition, an investment property has to make money. That will only happen if you can find a trusted building company who understands your vision, understands budgets, schedules, project management and can deliver.
That is exactly what we have done for this property.
This 205m2 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, brick and weatherboard home with sea views was designed, built and handed over as a turnkey, design and build project.
The Build
Calling on the skills of our architectural design team, we developed inspirational plans for this H-shaped house in Snells Beach. We then worked up a full set of working drawings, formulated pricing estimates and lodged all plans and specifications with council for building consent.
The entire building project was managed by our team from planning through to submission to council and completion.
This home is designed for great family living. Built with low maintenance and easy care in mind, it has extensive covered outdoor decking areas, allowing for alfresco living whatever the wind direction. If the sea breeze is coming in, you can move to the covered area off the kitchen. The house also has a separate media room, good-sized laundry area and a double garage. There are laminated timber floors throughout.
The Standout Feature
The stand out feature for us, apart from the very cool H-shape of the building, is the entrance. The brick work wrapped around into the entrance which then opened in to funky, grooved plywood entry space.
Built for the future, the house has keypad entry, remote alarms and fully integrated data, audio and visual systems.
Having our designers, project manager, building team and qualified tradespeople all working together made for a much faster response time to any design or construction issues that arose, resulting in a successful and profitable building project.
